There are a lot of exciting things happening this fall! We have already had a successful rummage sale and fall clean up! Now we are looking toward the Advent Season and towards giving to others.
There are two events coming up that would help not only our Church Family, but our greater community. The Artisan Fair and the Handel’s Messiah Concert.
The Artisan Fair is an opportunity for local craftspeople to show and sell their products. There will be 2 opportunities to explore local talents on November 21 from 6:30-8:30 as an adults’ only preview with complimentary wine and cheese. There is also an ‘all ages’ time on November 22 from 9-3. Proceeds from this event benefit the Church. Please click on the link below for more information.
The Handel’s Messiah Concert is a concert featuring our Choir and the Tatnall School Concert Choir as well as soloist performances. It is on Dec. 14 beginning at 4 pm. It is expected to last about an hour and a half. Proceeds from this concert benefit the Kennett Food Cupboard. Please click on the link below to find out more information about the music.
Please feel free to spread the word among friends and family. Thanksgiving and Advent are times when we share our talents and blessings with family and friends!
We look forward to seeing you at these events!
Yours in Christ,
George James (Rectors Warden)
Chris Kydd (Finance Warden)
Kevin McLean (Peoples Warden)
Chris Pepe (Development Warden)
