Welcome
to Advent
The Episcopal Church of the Advent is an inclusive Christian community that seeks to be the heart and hands of Christ in our world. Our congregation is composed of people from a variety of backgrounds - lifelong Episcopalians, people from other Christian denominations and religious traditions, and people with no prior religious affiliation. Just as Jesus always meets where we are, we too are committed to welcoming everyone regardless of where they may be in their faith journey. We strive to be a church where all may grow and deepen their relationship with God, form meaningful connections with others, and be equipped to live more fully into Jesus’s commands to love God with all our heart and to love our neighbors as ourselves. Whether you are a person of deep faith, struggling with faith, or entirely new to Christianity, please know you have a place in our community. We extend a warm invitation to you to join us!
